Open rhinoplasty almost 6 months ago. Is this an inverted V deformity? Is it severe enough that you would do something about it? I am honestly afraid of trying to fix something and having more complications. Thank you.

Depending on the degree of scarring and where the cartilage was trimmed there may be a way to add back cartilage, and I would ask your rhinoplasty surgeon about options...
