Is a revision rhinoplasty at 5 /6 months post op too soon? Worried about the risks but unhappy with current results (photos)

km727
Surgery 6/28, 3 weeks later had a bump on the top right side of my nose. At my 5 week post op my dr told me to massage it 5 min a day. This made it worse, now 3 months post op it's bad. I complained at a 9 week post op and he said at 5/6 months he can go back in and shave the bump down. Worried that 5 months is risky to do another surgery, is it too soon? Bump aside I don't like my outcome at all so far, I don't think this nose is attractive and I don't know that I should see him again. Advice?
