Is it possible to add cartilage to in a tip revision rhinoplasty? (Photo)

Zarsky
I've had multiple revision rhinoplasties. The last one was supposed to correct (mostly covering up with grafts) issues at the bridge and the tip. However, the surgeon trimmed the cartilage at the tip and did so excessively, leaving it smaller, more narrow and shapeless, with several deformities. Is it possible to add cartilage where it was trimmed in order to recover the tip's contour, shape and width? or otherwise how could this be corrected or improved? Thank you.
