Seems like you are a good candidate for revision rhinoplasty. Tip of your nose could have been done with more attention and care. The bone structure looks good so I don't think it needs correction but I can't say the same thing for the tip. Good Afternoon! Sorry that you're experiencing trouble after your rhinoplasty. I can see what you're referring to at your tip. Often times, this is bulbous and convex cartilage which needs to be repositioned and flattened. If the area feels like swelling, a steroid injection may help to reduce the fullness. Compressions as well can help. A revision procedure certainly can make improvements if done carefully. If you haven't discussed your concerns with your surgeon, perhaps revisit them. Hope that helps!
