Indented step of columella - What kind of fix will this need? (Photo)

Hello, a noticed that one of the stitches tore on my columella Right after surgery and I belive that is what caused this indentation. I will include photos after the surgery and currently. What needs to be done to fix this? The indentation is on my left side while my right looks fine. But now looking straight forward because of the left indentation the whole thing looks crooked.
