Indented step of columella - What kind of fix will this need? (Photo)

Hello, a noticed that one of the stitches tore on my columella Right after surgery and I belive that is what caused this indentation. I will include photos after the surgery and currently. What needs to be done to fix this? The indentation is on my left side while my right looks fine. But now looking straight forward because of the left indentation the whole thing looks crooked.

Hi magical. that depends on how long out from surgery these pictures are. If it is still relatively recent, you could consider getting scar injections to the area to see if you can soften the irregularities (within 1 year). If it has been longer, then you may possibly need to get some kind of revision in this area, but it'll be difficult because columellar skin is unforgiving; you definitely want to make sure you're going to an experienced surgeon.
