I had a revision rhinoplasty a year ago with a very trained doctor in NYC. He fixed my very pinched + crooked nose I got when I was 19. my horrible breathing and appearance was better, I was SO relieved because I have facial BDD. ~9 mo. after I have noticed shifting, and now some collapse on one side of bridge and tip. breathing is bad and a side presses on septum. It’s tight and very uncomfortable. A third procedure is the last thing I want but I paid a lot for the revision. I need major advice
