I’m 19 months post op from primary. There is a dent and bump on my left side (right in pictures) throwing off the symmetry of the bridge. I also have minor restricted breathing. My doctor said I have some scar tissue on the left side (right in pictures). He said a minor revision to remove scar tissue with local anesthesia would fix it. Can it fully fix the contour of my nose? I don’t want further issues with breathing or aesthetically look worse. After 19 months swelling still goes up and down.
