There are many options for fixing a low radix. The most permanent fix would be to surgically place a cartilage graft or prosthetic implant into the space as a dorsal onlay graft in order to permanently fill the area and raise the radix. A filler will temporarily give the appearance of a higher radix but will be degraded over time. Injectables also carry with them the risk of vascular occlusion on injection. Which option you pursue really depends on your tolerance for down time, pain, and cost as well as your desire for longevity.

Filling the radix will make your nose longer, but it would camouflage small hump visible on this photo. Lowering the dorsum and removing hump would make radix look shallower.
