Woman, 66 years old, treated with facelift 2 years ago with only fair results. Surgeon then did ultherapy and used sculptra to fill in volume loss from both facelift and ultherapy he used after facelift. Still have sagging and fat loss, obviously, but now is there likely too much scar tissue from everything to attempt any revisions? Thank you.
