Lower facelift - damaged face. What are my options? (Photo)

Lower facelift surgery(soft lift)done 01/22 Day after surgery I developed a scary hematoma with L side face very swollen My surgeon added drain Healing was very slow,many bruises,swelling,pain I slept in chair for 2mo,used face pressure mask,no exercising I am fit,healthy,low body fat As of 07/23: Surgery provided no benefit and now I have visible long prolapse in center L cheek, L side face:sensitive,can’t feel L ear,pain 24/7 L ear scar never fully healed/hurts I was offered revision surgery..
