Large infected seroma after face and necklift, I had a large, infected seroma in my face, neck and under my chin after having a deep plane face and necklift. Now that healing is finally moving foward, infection is cleared, i am left with a hard irregular shaped lump under my chin, which feels like it is stuck to something and pulls really hard when i move my head.and neck. Could this be a capsular seroma? Or is it some kind of scar tissue? It is very visible under the skin and I would like it removed. Options? Do i need to wait a year?
