I had 3 facelifts in 3yrs, from 2017-2020 – 2020 op impacted glands w/basket suspension to fix cobra neck / other issues. I’ve had chronic bilateral swelling since 2020 in lower face w/ swollen skin over parotid area & hard swelling that greatly distorts/engulfs my earlobes. The sutures under jaw are still sore and feel like they’re blocking drainage. Expert ENT says it's likely lymphedema. Is lymphedema or perm swelling common and can it resolve?
