I’ve never hear of this facial basket and wonder if that has created the problem either from excessive tightness or scar tissue around the basket. I think you need to looks further into exactly what was done with this so called basket

Facial lymphedema isn't something I have ever encountered. Perhaps you should seek other opinions. Are there any permanebt materials left in your face as possibly these are causing reactions?
