I have downturned, hooded, close set, deep set eyes. I use makeup on my eyes to make them appear more almond shaped. I have a strong brow bone and some hooding. What procedures would provide a more flattering eye shape? Would temple filler help anything? Overall, my eyes bother me. But I can't figure out exactly why. I posted pics with makeup and without.

A good option is fillers . PRP and skin boosters do not provide volume. Fillers will need repeating and therefore another option is fat transfer.

You do not have festoons. Judging from your photo, you may have a very slight bulge of the central and lateral fat pockets. To eliminate the excess fat you can have surgery to excised the fat, but my recommendation would be the VirtueRF Exact (radiofrequency) needle to melt the fat if it needs...
