Would I benefit from a double eyelid surgery? (Photos)

I want to preface I am not of Asian descent clearly so I dont know if this is the right procedure so I would like guidence. All my life I had multiple creases on the lid that make makeup not look as great and make my eyes look more tired so I do not like the look. I am only 24 years old so im not sure what course of action this would take. Skincare or dryness is not a cause and doesnt seem to make it look worse or better. Looking all the way down, my eyelid is smooth assuming because the skin is being stretched. Then i added looking halfway (half shut) then looking straight forward (you will still see multiple creases) Please let me know, thanks.

Botox for masseter reduction will be absolutely ok. Botox for the forehead and glabella should also not be an issue, but ideally should be performed only after receiving the ok from your surgeon.

This removed skin led to those lines. To drape the skin better we'd likely want to do a browlift that will pull that area towards the hair.

The chance of success for a third surgery would depend upon how the first two surgeries were performed. Did the surgeon properly perform a fixation between the skin and levator/tarsus? If the answer is yes, then a third surgery may still fail. If the question is no, then I would expect proper...
