Lateral webbing and pretarsal roll augmentation - how can this be fixed? (Photos)

I had an upper & lower blepharoplasty 1.5 years ago. Straight away after the surgery, it was pretty obvious that something had gone wrong. One eye was pulled upwords and outwatds a lot more than the other, and fat grafting was looking very different on that side, too. I had a revision surgery to fix the asymmetry 4 months ago, and it helped to position the outer corner of the left eye a bit lower and to make eyes looking a bit more symmetrical. However, it left a skin fold at the incision area. Similar skin folds , but more obvious and longer, are present at the corner of the right eye. Also, there are some kind of under skin adhesions that pull those folds down to the cheek and make them look longer. Right pretarsal roll is also much flatter and emptier as if the fat was actually taken out of there. My questions are: 1. What can be done to get rid of those folds in the outer corners of my eyes? 2. Can fat to be added to the area under eyelashes to make prearsal rolls looking equal on both sides again? Thank you.
