Thyroid Eye Disease - Retraction, ptosis, cheek fat grafting? What combinations of procedures woukd benefit me most? (Photos)

Hi! I’m a 30 year old men with thyroid eye disease. I’ve already had orbital decompression and am told my proptosis is equal at 19 mm. However, since my surgery, my eyelids have became uneven. Not only is one upper eyelid much more heavy, it appears the lateral canthus area has dropped on that side. I’m looking for options to improve my appearance and would love some advice. Below are a list of procedures I’m weighing. Would love your input. - second OD surgery with a goal of 1-2mm reduction (I’m worried that nothing else will really help if my eyes are still bulging out too much) - lower retraction repair - infraorbital rim/upper cheek implsnts or graft (worried that retraction repair won’t work without more under eye support) - some type of face lift (TED has given me dark circles/very visible tesr troughs and when I pull my skin towards my ears it looks a lot better) - ptosis repair or blepharoplasty (how heavy/uneven/tired my upper eyelids look after surgery is a major blow to my confidence--I want to reduce the tarsal show/upper eyelid exposure) - canthoplasty (always had a negative tilt, but on the side that had lateral wall OD, the tilt has gotten extreme and changed the entire shape of my eye-—I think something may have happened in surgery to damage this area) - eyebrow lowering (my eye area just looks bad and very not masculine,id low to have lower set brows which would make me look more masculine) What combinations of procedures woukd benefit me most?
