Can my triple eyelid be fixed and turned into a double lid? (Photo)

I used to have two double eyelids when I was a child, but when I turned 10 years old one of my eyelids changed and turned into a triple eyelid. I wanted to know if it could be fixed and have it go back to normal with a double eyelid surgery.

Botox for masseter reduction will be absolutely ok. Botox for the forehead and glabella should also not be an issue, but ideally should be performed only after receiving the ok from your surgeon.
