Upsizing implants to correct asymmetry. I’m having larger implants placed more more of a cleavage effect & upper pole. I noticed my left breast is still smaller and doesn’t sit as well. What is the difference in cc’s for the smaller breast? also if I want more of a larger DD with upper pole fullness how many cc’s should increase to? I’m currently a 34d I had a breast augmentation with 470cc on the left and 445cc on the right. Silicone, under the muscle. Will 585cc or 615cc give me a fuller look with more cleavage?
Answer: Size You are a nice size now even though the left is slightly smaller. I would suggest not adding a cup for your tissue may not support the additional weight after being stretched and you may bottom out like the girl in your wish photo.

Answer: You are asking questions no one can answer accurately If I haven't already addressed a question like this from you before, I risk repeating myself. Bra cups are not standardized units of measurement, and there is absolutely no formula equating implant size in cc and bra cup sizes. Further, looking at a third party's photo is similarly quess work for the surgeon: he or she sees one thing, you may see another. Similarly, you see yourself in some way, and the surgeon may see you in another. 'Goal photos', as so many patients like to present to their surgeons, are actually a bad idea to determine implant volumes. The only way to get out of this quandary is by using sizers in the office or making rice sizers at home. As for your asymmetry, photos are terrible at figuring out true volume discrepancies versus implant position or chestwall asymmetries; you'll need an in person examination.

Answer: Fat transfer At size 34, each 100 cc of implant corresponds to 1 cup size change. A 470 cc implant would take you to a DD. Another alternative to consider is fat transfer. Fat is taken from another area of your body. Approximately 150 cc would be placed in each breast for 100 cc to survive. This may create the upper pole fullness you need. Your implants currently weigh about 1 lb each and you have a very good result. You may end up with complications if you go larger like you are planning. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Upsizing implants to correct asymmetry Dear 111.222, minor breast asymmetry can be improved sometimes with fat transfer. In case of major asymmetry, implants are better option. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Correction of a symmetry and wishing double D The photos do demonstrate a N a symmetry of the breast left appearing smaller than the right with at least 100 to 125 cc asymmetry difference. Best to virtual consult with. I would recommend 650 to 750 CC implants high profile with 100 cc difference between the implant used. Fee $8000. Best again to virtual consult with regards
