Had a double jaw and genio performed 3+ months ago to correct for significant asymetry from childhood accident. Did not go well- not much correction was acheived (maybe 30% alignment). Surgeon recommened 2nd genio to center chin. Second genioplasty performed 5.5 weeks ago - is better but chin is longer & more prominent than before, and lower lip is weak and can barely reach upper lip. What should I do? Bone shaving? Reduction genio? Lip filler? Help!
