Hello! I’ve been looking into sliding genioplasty, and am curious if what I have in mind is realistic, or if it would require more extensive jaw surgery. The “goal” photo is a combination of pushing my mandible as far forward as possible, and editing for further chin projection. Both forward and downward projection would be ideal for balancing my face, as currently the weak and short chin draws attention to my large nose. All suggestions and thoughts are welcome, thank you!
