Pimple? Ingrown? Or infection? One year post FUE (Photo)

Question

Hello doctor, I am not sure if this is a pimple or an infection? Maybe an ingrown hair? Is there any thing I should use for it? This is the one pimple on my recipent area. It came up like 2 weeks ago and hasn’t shown any signs of leaving . Is there a cream or something I should buy to use for it? I tried neosporin and it didn’t work. I am about a year post fue now.

I noticed that there is hair loss patch around the pimple. I highly recommend you to see a dermatologist in your area to get the right diagnosis and treatment. Personally, I don't think it has anything to do with your previous hair transplant.
