I’m 31yo and was wondering about FUE hair transplant I have a uneven hairline the right side is slightly higher then the left side could I straighten my hairline with FUE to where my hairline is more even on both sides

It is possible to build a bowl or symmetric hairline. However, this is a very aggressive procedure. It is important to note that not everyone should build a bowl-shaped hairline. Given your ethnic background, it would be natural to build the design you wish. Before pursuing this route you need to anticipate future hair loss. If you were to pursue this design, you should consider a maintenance protocol to prevent future hair loss. Should your hair loss dramatically increase, the grafts will remain and creating a gap between your native and grafted hair. You'll be constantly chasing the low broad hairline. The good news is your hair loss isn't very aggressive at this time. To finalize, your desire is possible, but you need to be cautious.

Hello and thank you for your question. FUE hair transplant could be an option for you to have a more even hairline. That being said, you have to realize that creating a "perfect" hairline is difficult to do due to the contour of your forehead. I would be happy to consult with you to first determine if you have a sufficient donor area and see the contour of your forehead.
