Shedding after a procedure is common and can add to the appearance of thinning. I would give it some more time and if you're still concerned I would contact the doctor who performed your procedure. According to your immediate post-op photo, I saw that the the area you concern was not densely packed comparing to the frontal hairline. PRP will not help you with getting the density you want. Taking finasteride together with topical or oral minoxidil are highly recommend since these medications will slow down and maintain the non-transplanted hair. However, if you would like to achieve better density of the concerned area, I would recommend you to get another hair transplant to fill in that gap.
