Neck liposuction is a great option for patients with good skin elasticity and excess fat in the neck and around the jawline. This will remove excess fat and stimulate the skin to contract over time which will improve angulation and definition along the jawline. I recommend seeing an expert for a consultation who can go over this procedure to determine if it will achieve your desired results and the cost of the procedure. Hope this helps.

Hello,Thank you for your question and pictures! Based on your pictures your a great candidate for Chin/jawline liposuction. It's hard to determine your skin elasticity on the pictures. Chin/jawline Liposuction will get give your face more shape and your jawline and chin will be more defined. Combining the liposuction with J Plasma will tighten your skin. The limited photographs demonstrate only a very minimal amount of fat in the neck, therefore only a minimal result will occur if you perform liposuction. The photographs demonstrate a weak and recessive chin profile for which a chin implant can significantly improve.  Chin implants  are manufactured in a large array of sizes, thicknesses, and shapes which best determined at the time of the consultation and examination. In our practice, we place chin implants through a small incision underneath the chin under local anesthesia as an outpatient surgery which takes approximately 30 minutes. Your photos are limited but I do see a small fat pad under the chin and a slightly small chin.  The small chin is minimal and is very acceptable in a female.  You may benefit from liposuction of the chin with or without a chin implant.  If you can try to see a plastic surgeon who has a 3-dimensional camera which can simulate liposuction under the chin with or without a chin implant.  Best wishes.
