Any suggestions? Severe itching under my tummy skin, 8 years post-op.

Hi, I did a tummy tuck and breast implants 8yrs ago and for 5yrs now since I had my son I notice Severe itching under my tummy skin I went to numerous doctors when I did ultrasounds, MRI’s to check for leakage or whatever maybe causing it and nothing however I noticed the itch had move to my breast now. What should I do?
