I had two consults for breast augmentation and one recommended 335 or 365 CCs in Allergan SSF gel. The other doctor recommended 210 CCs in Allergan SSM soft touch moderate profile. Why such a huge discrepancy?? I'm a 32A and would like to be a full 32C. Blue "bra" picture is my chest now, then 335 CCs then 365 CCs with the Vectra imaging. The tank top picture is 210 CCs they stuffed my bra with. I'm 5'2" 93 pounds, have a 3.5 yr old and a 1.5 yr old and breastfed both for 1.5 years each.

The extra high profile implants are quite round and unnatural in cases where a woman doesn't have a lot of tissue to hide the bag. The SRF implants are a nice compromise and a mid to high 300 cc implant would be attractive.
Personally I no longer use the SRF type of breast implants. SSF is considered to be a "gummy bear" type of implant. The main advantage is that if the shell of the implant would break down the gel will not leak out of the shell. These implants are more expensive but worth it.
Sizes are often called to choose. Doctors use the diameter of your breast and amount of breast tissue and other factors trying to help patients decide. Your doctor may have an excellent and important reason for his advice. A second opinion by another surgeon could be considered.
