I'm a 32A and would like to be a full 32C. What size do you recommend? (photos)

Hi. Thank your for your question... it's a good one! Choosing the correct implant size and style is one of the most important parts of the breast augmentation process. I think that you should try on these different sizes and styles in your doctor's office. Then you can look in the mirror and get a better idea of what you would expect with each one. It helps you really feel confident that you are choosing a size that you know will fit your body and give you the result you desire. Some offices prefer computer imaging for this purpose, but this doesn't show you what you will really look like as well as if you actually are able to see in real 3D with a sizer inside your bra. Thanks for your question! It is not uncommon to get different recommendations from different surgeons. Ultimately, you need to decide based on your goals. You are very petite so you don't need a lot of implant to get a nice breast shape/size. I would suggest sharing "wish" photos with both surgeons and seeing if their recommendations stay the same. There are very good sizing systems that permit the patient to determine the ultimate breast volume. In my own practice the patient tells me the volume and I choose the profile based on the anatomy of the patient's chest and the ultimate volume the patient desires.

Breast implant size choice is a very personal decision. Your surgeon to listen to your desires and help guide you based on that. Some surgeons use strict criteria based on your tissues to determine the size implant the surgeon thinks is best. This is not ideal for all patients. You may get the best result from the surgeon who you feel most confident in doing your surgery that is providing information most in line with your desired outcome.

Vectra is much more accurate for sizing than just stuffing a bra. To go from an A to a C, I think you'd need the 300-range implants, just as Vectra shows you. Best wishes!
