I had rhynoplasty 18 month ago, I had also permanent filler removing from my upper lip. That 2 intervention, made my philitrum very long, its giving me very serious, not feminine face. philitrum is 2cm from center of my nose to lips, when I open my mouth you cant see my upper teeth. that would make me good candidate, BUT my nose is small, my lips are wide and full, I think if I do lip lift it will raise a lot of my central area of the lip, and it would look unnatural:(

Of course, a consultation is required.

best of luck !
