Hello, I'm a 43 yo female, weight 65 kg. For my mild skin laxity and overall 'not so fresh' look I'm considering a endoscopic mid-face lift (with upper/lower bleph) or and additionally a neck procedure.. either deep plane neck lift or platysmaplasty. Overall, I am looking for face & neck rejuvenation, treat mild skin laxity, jowls, nasiolabial folds and hollowness under-eye + hooded upper-eye. My main concern for my lower face & neck are deep horizontal lines (tech-neck), a bit of an under-chin and skin laxity. I'm aware I'll probably also need so skin treatments to address that. Same as for the facelift (hence why I'm probably going for an endoscopic lift) my biggest priority for the neck procedure (next to of course the rejuvenation) is no visible scarring.. so I really want to avoid any temple (above the ear) or nape incisions, so probably only under-chin or in-crease if needed. I’d really appreciate hearing from patients or surgeons who’ve had or performed these: – How do results and longevity compare? – Is platysmaplasty enough for mild laxity and does it target early jowling? – Any regrets or tips about scarring or swelling? Is the healing similar? I heard that for endosopic procedures the swelling can be worse than the deep plane? Thanks in advance - real experiences or advise would help a lot!
