Extra Deep Hereditary Neck Lines - what procedure will help? (Photos)

Hello, I have these very deep and visible neck lines since my childhood and now I‘m 26 and they started to bother me greatly. Is there any procedure to be done? To be honest, I dont have much hope since they are hereditary (and not tech neck lines) and I also never seen anyone with lines deep as mine.

It was our experience that best treatment of this deformity is a combination of fine liposuction of fat between lines and injection of fat nano grafts into the lines. In same patients fat injection part may need to be repeated 6-8 months later if there is residual deformity. Very delicate surgery, requires some experience and expertise. Good luck.
