60yr F. 2yr post op. Full face, neck & forehead lift. Plz give me your opinion why my face is distorted? What would you do to correct it? Dr R. distort facial expression. I was examined by Dr L. who knows Dr R. Dr L. determined the vectors are off 15 degrees. The reasons why I have the swoosh lateral lines causing the expression distortion.
