2 years post-op circular tummy tuck and BBL. Hardening bumps in my back + wrinkles. Options? (photos)

2 years since I got a circular tummy tuck and lipo transfer to my buttocks. My back 2 years after surgery looks so bad I have hardening bumps in my back that are visual and now my skin is starting to get wrinkles including my butt . I don't know what to do ?! I stopped getting my massages 4 months post op ( biggest mistake )

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

To assess the outcome of a plastic surgery procedure we need to see proper before and after pictures. The angles or poses of the pictures you are taken are not the way we assess outcomes.
If you don’t have proper before and after pictures and ask your surgeon to forward the ones they took.
Aggressive Liposuction can improve body contour. For individuals who have skin laxity it can change the skin appearance.
It’s a trade-off for an improvement in contour. Based on the limited pictures you have shown the work was done well.
Massage does not change liposuction results.
