I am African American, 204 lbs, 5 ft 6inches in height, and have already had 3 bbls. What is the safest way I can fix my bbl results for a more even and smoother look. My buttocks have a diaper like appearance and causing unattractive ripples under my skin. My first bbl was in 2018, my second in 2019, and my last one was in 2020. I am wanting a smaller bum with a more athletic look now. I did have complications with my last bbl (abscesses). Now that I’m healed, I would like to fix myself.
Answer: Fixing BBL Thank-you for your query! I have had success in reducing overdone, and irregular BBL procedures, using a combination of gentle liposuction and invasive radio-frequency (ThermiTight). Others may do this differently but aggressive liposuction alone, may not give you the desired results as the skin will get lax and you may lose your shape. Please discuss all your concerns with your Board certified Plastic surgeon, and make a decision about how to proceed. All the best!

Answer: BBL results Dear Aprilfix, I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice. Answer: African American, 204lbs, 5'6, what can I do to fix my BBL/make it smaller? Great posted photos! There very few boarded Plastic Surgeons offering BBL Reshaping/Reduction/Revisions. Because the results are difficult to obtain since skin must be made to contract. I offer these operations, in fact I have done over 50+ of these. You have diaper booty or chicken butt deformities with overinflated complete buttock. Using directed lipo sculpturing with specialized taping you can improve your appearances. Fee $6,000. Best to virtual consult with....

Answer: Multiple procedures Each time somebody has surgery in a certain area things become more complicated. Assessments become more difficult making predictions less reliable and technically surgery becomes more difficult. anatomy has been modified and the ability to accurately predict and improve contour diminishes each time someone has surgery. The importance of choosing correct providers and asking for appropriate natural results in the first place is paramount. Do you need to ask yourself if it really makes sense to keep having surgery and review what your request and desire was for the third procedure. To make an assessment we need to see proper before and after pictures of all three surgeries. It would absolutely require an examination. Reducing your bottom is probably doable but it is going to be far less predictable with a higher risk of issues than for those who have not had so many previous procedures. If the same surgeon did your three previous procedures that follow up with that provider and discuss your concerns with him or her. If you had different providers and choose the one you think is most talented and go back and discuss your concerns with him or her. Consultations should always be in person and patient should be selective about choosing providers who have sufficient skill and experience before committing to any permanent procedure. Do that by asking each provider to open up their portfolio and show you their entire collection of before and after pictures to get a clear understanding of what average results look like in the hands of each provider. For a vision work it’s unlikely you’ll find providers that can show you a significant number of before and after pictures. For primary procedures and experience provider should have no difficulty showing you at least 50 that’s a before and after pictures of the previous patients with similar body characteristics who have had the same procedure. For revision work providers simply aren’t going to have those numbers of before and after pictures. Generally speaking the best providers for vision work are the ones who are the best at the primary procedure. Try to find the best BBL provider and get an in person consultation in order to get a proper assessment and understanding of what can be done at this point. It’s unlikely anyone is going to give you useful information based on posting on this website. Your situation is simply too complex and in order to make a quality assessment requires much more information. If you seek help from a new provider or you are different surgeons doing previous procedures you should collect all before and after pictures from each of the three procedures including the operative reports for each operation. those are all available by simply asking for copies of your medical records.
