I had an upper and lower bleph surgery with fat transfer and neck lipo in March 2022. My left eye looks asymmetrical and hooded. I developed severe eye dryness. My right eye is constantly red, but the shape is much better than the left. But I still have a pocket under my eye. The position of fat on my face makes it look deformed, and the marionette lines are even more noticeable. My neck also needs repair. What is the most feasible issue to correct first? What procedures could help me?
