Are there surgeons who have routinely surgically addressed aggressive upper eyelid surgery purely for cosmetic purposes?

I have been told there is not enough skin for a revision which is why I seek out skin grafts or alternatives. Please, no open and shut case responses, I've heard it all. I would appreciate an effort in listing methods on how this can/has been addressed, and highly skilled surgeons who perform it. I don't mind discolouration or scarring if it restores my eyelids to what they were before. No photos, I would just like responses from surgeons who have specialised in this. Thank U.

Sadly in this world if you ask enough people, someone will agree to what you are asking. Skin grafts in the upper eyelid are not remotely cosmetic. They are solely done to improve closure. Very few eyelid surgeons on the face of this planet are performing aesthetic post-blepharoplasty fold reconstruction. That means you are likely to only get uninformed opinions about what is and isn’t possible. A photograph, which you seem unwilling to post would be very helpful in answering your questions. Ultimately there is no substitute for a detailed in person consultation to determine what resources are left in your eyelids after you unsuccessfully eyelid surgery.
