Very few eyelid surgeons on the face of this planet are performing aesthetic post-blepharoplasty fold reconstruction. That means you are likely to only get uninformed opinions about what is and isn’t possible. A photograph, which you seem unwilling to post would be very helpful in answering your questions. Ultimately there is no substitute for a detailed in person consultation to determine what resources are left in your eyelids after you unsuccessfully eyelid surgery.
