Day 15 post: lower bleph + fat bag removal + fat grafting under eyes/cheek + co2 laser.. Both eyelids look smaller/slanted, assymetrical with the right side much worse: as if insufficient lower eyelid skin/slanted/smaller/tighter/squinting appearance, in field of vision, extremely bothersome. Are sutures considered a canthopexy? Is it reversible? Can it be loosened/reverted to the original anatomical position? How soon is a revision possible?
