I have a decent amount of skin/cartilage on the tip of my nose. I like the shape of my nose straight on but would like dorsal hump removal to change the side profile of my nose. While I feel like my nose is a prominent feature of mine , I'm not bothered by its size. Is it possible to have the bump of my nose shaved down without changing my overall appearance as I'm looking for a subtle change and like the shape of my nose tip.
