BBL 2021 - Fat migrating down to thigh and knee. Would you recommend to put it back into the glute? (Photo)

In august 2021 i got a Brazilian butt lift. Fat was transfered to my glute and some on my hip. Three month later i noticed a small bump forming, which i thought was normal. A year later the lump got bigger. In 2023 i started to get more concered since it was now painful, i seen a plastic surgeon from Kaiser and he believed it was from the BBL, however they didnt do lipo. Instead the split open the side of my thigh and removed fat, i had a drain for a month but they needed to remove it since they said it wasnt safe to keep it in any longer. Prior to the thigh surgery I was getting yellow fluid removed with syringes but I would feel a warm fluid going down my thigh. Im assuming I need to do lipo and remove the fat but would i need to lipo all the fat that was put in. This is happening on my right leg my left was fine and would you recommend to put fat back in glute?
