Brazilian Butt Lift Followed By Significant Weight Gain - does the proportion remain intact?

Hello sir/ma'am, After gaining weight, regardless of how drastic, does the proportion remain in tact as long as the fat is transferred properly? I understand that gaining weight in other areas is inevitable. I was considering the possibility of weight gain before a bbl, weight gain again, and another bbl. is that reasonable?

After a BBL has healed, the transferred fat generally behaves similarly to fat in the rest of the body. With weight gain, the buttock area may get larger, but the abdomen, waist, back, thighs, and other areas may also change. Because each person stores weight differently, the proportion may change even when the fat transfer is done properly.
A BBL is most predictable when you are close to a stable, healthy weight that you can maintain. Intentional weight gain before surgery may be discussed in selected patients who are too lean, but large weight changes before or after surgery can stretch the skin, change contour, and make the result less predictable.
A second BBL can be reasonable for some patients, but planning weight gain, then BBL, then more weight gain, then another BBL is not the best strategy. Each surgery has limits based on donor fat, skin quality, anatomy, and safety, and revision surgery can be more complex than the first operation.
The better plan is to reach a maintainable weight first, then have an in-person evaluation to see whether you have enough donor fat and whether your goals are realistic and safe.

generally speaking, you want to reach your goal weight before you consider surgery, otherwise your results will be suboptimal if you continue to gain weight after the surgery.
