Since 2000 Undetectable HIV 55yr old healthy Brown Female. Unable 2 recieve BBL with hips & fat transfer?

An undetectable viral load is not, by itself, an automatic reason you cannot have a BBL or fat transfer. Candidacy depends on stable HIV control, CD4 count, medications, general medical health, labs, BMI, clotting risk, anesthesia risk, and clearance from the physician managing your HIV. Surgeons and surgery centers may also differ in their policies and comfort level.
BBL has its own safety concerns because fat injection into the buttock must be done with strict technique to reduce fat embolism risk. If you are otherwise healthy and medically cleared, the discussion should be with a board-certified plastic surgeon who performs gluteal fat grafting in an accredited setting and is comfortable coordinating with your medical doctor. Do not hide the HIV history; accurate disclosure is part of making the surgery safer.
