I am thinking of getting an explant. I have saline implants under the muscle that are 575/550 ccs. I'm back into fitness and really scared of the muscle deformity I have heard about. Is it standard procedure to suture the muscle back to the chest wall after explant even if no capsules will be removed? I'm not worried about droopy breast I'm more worried about my muscle performance. I know when I lift I don't have any issues so will it stay the same after surgery if the surgeon doesn't reattach?
