At 16 I had an unfortunate mastopexy and too large implants. The surgeon tried to repair his work - replaced with smaller. I was left with very misshapen areolas, skin flaps and major scars.14 years and over a dozen revisions and complete implant removal later, I have terrible pleating around nipple when erect due to excess skin from being stretched as well as scars. So distressed! I am young and feel awful. I want no implants. We have done 2 fat grafts. How can this be fixed or helped?

You could have residual swelling present from surgery contributing to the asymmetry. Your surgeon will be able to rule out a seroma with an exam or ultrasound. If the asymmetry becomes worse or you develop pain or other symptoms, reach out to your surgeon for an evaluation.
