Hello, I am almost 4 wks post op from submuscular 295R/310L silicone implants. On this site I have read everything from being able to go back to exercise 2 weeks to 6-8 weeks after augmentation, and of course the "if it hurts, don't do it, if it doesn't you're fine" approach as well. So far I am easing myself back into all workouts and I have felt 100% fine with everything I have done so far. In YOUR Opinion, is this ok, or should I still wait 2+ weeks? What can happen if I work out "too soon"?

Answer: Exercise after BA Thanks for your post. Yes, generally speaking, if your surgeon has told you that your incision is healed, and you have no pain w/ exercise, you are not likely causing any harm. You just need to back off if that does occur. Continue to follow up w/ your surgeon. Best wishes.
