Scalp Micropigmentation SMP results depend on each individual.  You may be able to cut your hair very short but SMP cannot hide the gap where there is no hair growth on the scar.  It is best to see a doctor for an examination and consultation.

SMP would allow you to wear your hair much shorter.  The tattooing, which mimics a follicular unit, works to shade the scar and provide enough contrast to trick the eye.  I think its a great option.
