Will SMP now (light brown) be a problem later in life when my hair is gray/white?

One doctor's response on this site says, yes, it will be a problem--talk to your technician. I'm interested in more information--would light brown SMP now be a problem down the road? Also, has any doctor here SEEN SMP (applied as light brown) later--when the patient has gray or white hair? Thank you.

Advance stage male pattern men can have a trico-pigmenatation procedure to create a" buzz" look. It is fine to use in hair transplant recipients. It can increase "density" in thinning areas....

There are great hair transplant results and bad hair transplant results.  Likewise there are great SMP results and bad SMP results.  There is no way to tell why your have bad results.

Many people who have SMP will see the pigments taken away by the immune system, assuming that the pigments used were proper.  We do this under anesthesia and are he medical pioneers of this and teach it to doctors around the world. Write to me. See below

The cost of Scalp MicroPigmentation like any cosmetic surgery is variable.  It also depends on the work involved.  There is no down time but you would likely need more than one session.  SMP is considered permanent like a tattoo is considered permanent.

It is best to ask your surgeon about post operative care as each doctor has their unique regimen.   It would depend on your medication as well.
