Fortunately, the bump on the bridge of your nose appears to stick out from your face for the then your nasal tip. If you try to camouflage this large bump, it would lead to a larger nasal appearance. Prepare to be a better candidate for rhinoplasty surgery to remove the bump into achieve a smaller, less distracting, and more feminine nasal appearance. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist to go over your desired results. Facial fillers (voluma, restylane, juvederm) can be used to improve the symmetry of the nose and disguise a hump. However, surgery would be needed to improve nostrils or overall shape. See an expert. Thank you for your question and photo.  In general, expertly placed filler above and below a dorsal hump can help straighten the nasal profile.  Based on the shape of your forehead, your likely nasal starting point (where your nose "starts," which is evaluated in relation to your eyes), and your current dorsal profile line, I suspect that filler would not be able to completely camouflage the dorsal hump but it may make it seem less prominent!  I recommend that you seek consultation from a surgeon who performs both surgical and non-surgical rhinoplasty as he or she will be able to discuss the risks and benefits of all of your options, and ensure that you have a safe experience with appropriate expectations for whatever you choose.  Good luck!
