Is it possible to change the shape or the bone structure with playing nose?

It is unlikely that you've negatively changed the shape of your nose. There are options for improvement. Facial fillers (voluma, restylane, juvederm) can be used to improve the symmetry of the nose. Thanks for your question and I doubt that anything you did would cause anything significant later in time.  If there are concerns with your nose, consult with a board certified dermatologist or plastic surgeon and learn what the different treatment options might exist for you to get the corrections you are looking for.
