Dr. Lazzaro is an amazing plastic surgeon. Not only did he fix my issues, but he also gave me my confidence back. His bed side manners are amazing, his work is precise! He cares about his patients so much and I am very honored that he did my procedure.

I got a rhinoplasty with chin augmentation with Dr Lazzaro. At my consult I quickly realized that Dr Lazzaro has exceptional bedside manner and takes his time and has a ton of before and afters that he did. From the front desks, to the nurses, and to Dr Lazzaro- everyone was amazing. So kind and you truly feel cared for. The surgical center at Aestique is beautiful- and as a high anxiety person- I felt calm before my surgery because everyone was so caring and kind. My recovery was great, I felt prepared by the staff aestique. I had minimal to no pain. I can honestly say I have NEVER felt better! Having chosen to have breast augmentation did more than just improve my physical appearance, this actually improved my mental state by boosting my self confidence and femininity. Dr. Lazzarro is top notch! I have been a client of Dr. Lazzarro since the late 1980s when he began his practice and although I have moved all over the world I always return as he is consistently ranked and truly takes the tine to understand his clients wishes /outcomes and it shows in the results. I am 57 and on my 3rd set of implants with Dr. Lazzarro as my surgeon with surgery in December of 2024. I couldn't be happier as I feel like I have taken 10 years off my silhouette! I currently live in southeast Florida and have many choices of surgeons but I flew back trusting his skill and eye for perfection. I made an error in 2007 (was living in upper Westchester, NY) and out of convenience had implants replaced by a "renowned" surgeon only to return to Dr. Lazzarro shortly following for him to do it right. The differentiating factor is the true care he takes to make it right the first time.. he took hours to meticulously secure the implants with intricate inside stitching which is critical but not always done by many plastic surgeons.. Can not stress enought he will take the time from beginning to end to ensure you are happy with your results! Amazing experience start to finish. I was well informed throughout the entire process of my breast augmentation, and I couldn’t be happier with my results. I got exactly what I wanted! Dr.Lazzaro and his team take great care of you. Highly recommend!

Dr. Lazzaro, his nurse Brittany, and the entire Aestique staff are amazing! Brittany is so kind, patient, caring and never minded all of my post op questions. Dr. Lazzaro is absolutely the BEST and does amazing work. My self-esteem has always been good but the image in my head never matched the image that I saw in the mirror. Because of Dr. Lazzaro the image in the mirror now matches the image in my head. I am beyond happy with my results. My only regret is that I didn’t have my breast augmentation sooner. - Christine

I had a breast augmentation by Dr. Lazzaro in my early twenties. Two kids and 10 years later, they were still immaculate!! I recently decided to go a little larger.. I knew exactly who to call. I had a reaugmentation 5/5/22 with Dr. Lazzaro. He and his staff, from the front desk to the nurses and anesthesiologist, are wonderful. I cant recommend Aestique enough!

After having my first breast augmentation with Dr. Lazzaro, I did not hesitate to return to him for a revision (to upsize), as well as to get a facial fat transfer (to fill in some major divots under my eyes). Admittedly, I was nervous for ANYONE to touch my face; however, I also knew I could trust Dr. L and his team...and my trust was not misplaced. Not only do I now have perfect, full cheeks - but I also have a flatter stomach! And, of course, my breasts look perfect! I truly look 10 years younger and it's only day 5...I can't wait to see my results in a few months! Having someone work on three areas of your body is nerve-wracking, but this is why I returned to Dr. Lazzaro - because I trust him. Not only is he kind and caring, but he genuinely WANTS you to be happy -- and he is willing to spend as much time with you as you need and always explains everything thoroughly and truthfully. If you are considering Dr. L and read ANY review that says ANYTHING other than he is kindness itself, ignore it. As for his staff and facilities: PERFECTION! Brittany and Lori are ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL, and I've never waited longer than 5 minutes for any appointment. Furthermore, they work to accommodate your schedule and work even harder to make sure you are happy! In my follow-up yesterday, Brittany spent an hour with me reviewing my before and afters, and making sure my incisions are all healing nicely and that I understand all of my post-surgery instructions. Overall, I actually ENJOY my experiences with Aestique, Dr. Lazzaro, and his staff (like, who ENJOYS surgery?!?!?). They have helped to immeasurably boost my self-confidence, and they genuinely care to do so. If you are considering Dr. Lazzaro, DO IT. As long as you communicate well and follow all of their instructions for pre and post care, you WILL get what you are looking for! Thank you Dr. Lazzaro and team! I will be back!

I have been dreaming of a breast augmentation since I’ve developed breasts and I am happy that this dream came true at age 30. I do not have any children yet, but I did not feel the need to wait any longer or “wait until after”. My plastic surgeon, dr. Lazarro, I HIGHLY recommend out of aestique surgery center in greensburg. consult, surgery and post op so far (I am on day 10) I couldn’t be happier with my experience and results!!! We ended up going with a smooth round silicon implant (mentor/high profile) and placed under the muscle. Left breast was 550cc and right was 450cc. I am obsessed so far to say the least!!! I feel absolutely amazing so far and very very minimal discomfort in the morning due to swelling. Incisions are healing nicely and I will go back on Tuesday to have them looked at! Last week my nurse Brittany removed the external sutures. The only thing I can say so far is that my nipples are extremely sensitive but I am understanding that this is completely normal and will calm down in time! But wow am I just over the moon. If anyone that reads this is considering it or it’s been a dream of yours too, I say GO FOR IT! you will not be disappointed. I cannot wait to be fully healed!

I had an excellent consultation with Dr. Lazzaro. I was given proper attention and thorough time. The office made me feel very comfortable with a sensitive case. I also was recommended to a superb referral.
