I realised from puberty my nipples went weird, as if they split in half. During puberty they would get dry and itchy so I'd scratch at them, and the skin would peel quite a bit. This never happens anymore, but they appear changed after that. It's hard to describe so I have a pic (top two warm, bottom row cold). Are they inverted or is the middle section just missing? And will nipple piercing helps correct them? Thanks
