The fact that your right breast is hard swollen and painful combined with the leaking fluid indicates that you have a seroma.  The redness means the seroma is most likely infected.  This needs to be drained immediately, and the implant might need to be removed.

Hello,Thank you for your question. I would suggest contacting your Plastic Surgeon to be seen in the office for a proper examination where you will be able to get a better idea of what is going on. 

Go and see your surgeon immediately. You have an infection and your implant is at risk. You will ned the wound explored and possibly removal of implant.

From the description and photos you provided, it seems like you likely have a localized infection or possibly even a seroma. Either one of these would require immediate attention from your surgeon so I would recommend calling the office to make an appointment as soon as possible. Best of luck.

Call your surgeon and try to get in to see him or her as soon as possible. It could be something as simple as a stitch, but you don't want to run the risk of an infection so it's best that you get this checked out.

Hi Emily.  You have serous drainage coming from the incision. And since breast is hard and painful, you need to go see your surgeon as soon as possible.

Please call your surgeon immediately!  The drainage appears to be serous, but should be evaluated immediately.  Good Luck with your recovery.

Your wound is infected. I am not sure why the
stitches have been left in so long, but they may have acted as a portal for
entry of bacteria. You need to get back to your surgeon ASAP. The fluid leaking
out is so-called serous fluid that is normally found around the implant, but in
this case may be infected.
