Approximately How much grafts would I need to lower my hairline? (photos)

In general hair transplant surgery does not give you the same fullness as your existing hair.  This is ESPECIALLY noticeable when you keep your hair as short as you do on your photo.  1000 grafts may seem like a reasonable number, but it may not give you the "look" you're looking for in terms of fullness and density. 

Thanks for the question. Based on your photos, the 2000-2500 grafts might be good opiton for you, but it would be wrong to say something for sure. You should see a board certified surgeon. You can then plan the process together and discuss the results. I wish you all the best. 

Thanks for photo.  It helps give a ballpark figure, but seeing you in person would generate more accurate figures.  It would be difficult to see a reasonable lowering for less than 1,000 grafts.  Remember, 1000 grafts means about 2,500 hairs give or take (since follicles may have up to 4 hairs) which is a decent amount.   To get a good fill in temples and lower hairline you're looking at probably 1,500 grafts total.  But again, this is a rough estimate.
